Return and Refund Policy

At NerdSide TCG Shop, we want every customer to feel confident when buying from us. All items are carefully packed and checked before dispatch.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to contact us if you would like to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition you received it. Sealed products must be unopened and undamaged. Single cards must be returned in the same condition, with suitable protection during return postage.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Return postage

For change of mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged on the way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

If you paid for standard delivery, this will be included in the refund where required. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery cost may be refunded.

Opened, damaged or used items

If an item is returned opened, damaged, incomplete, or in a condition that reduces its resale value, we may reduce the refund amount where permitted by law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, refund, or return label where appropriate.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without proper protection, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
