At NerdSide TCG Shop, we carefully pack every order to help protect your items during delivery.

Shipping area

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping options

Standard Tracked UK Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days

Price: £4.99

Free standard delivery is available on orders of £70 or more.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Royal Mail, courier delays, busy periods, strikes, weather, bank holidays or other events outside our control.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where available.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Packaging

All items are packed with care.

Sealed products, booster boxes, ETBs, card boxes and single cards are packed using suitable protection depending on the item ordered.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the parcel has been collected or scanned by the courier.

Incorrect delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is delayed, lost or returned because the wrong address was entered at checkout, we may not be responsible for additional postage costs.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the packaging and item.

We will review the issue and help where possible.

International shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping through the website.
