NerdSide TCG Shop is a UK-based online store selling TCG products, anime cards, sealed products and related collector items.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected at checkout.
Products
We do our best to describe all products clearly and accurately.
Product images are used to show the item as clearly as possible. Colours, packaging and product appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings or manufacturer differences.
Sealed products are sold as sealed unless stated otherwise. If a product is listed as no shrink, unsealed, damaged box, or any other condition note, this will be mentioned in the product listing.
We cannot guarantee specific pulls, cards, characters, rarities or contents inside sealed products.
Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a refund or suitable alternative where possible.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in GBP.
We reserve the right to update prices, offers and product availability at any time.
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.
Orders
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error with pricing, stock, payment, delivery information, suspected fraud, or any other issue that prevents us from completing the order safely.
Shipping and delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom unless stated otherwise.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, Royal Mail, busy periods, weather, strikes or other delays outside our control.
We aim to pack orders carefully and dispatch them as quickly as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

For change of mind returns, items must be returned in the same condition received. Sealed products must remain unopened and undamaged.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution where appropriate.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.
If an order is delayed, lost or returned because the wrong address was entered, we may not be able to refund postage costs.
Please make sure your delivery details are correct before completing your order.

Product names, brand names, logos, characters and trademarks shown on products remain the property of their respective owners.
NerdSide TCG Shop is an independent retailer and is not officially affiliated with Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dragon Ball, Solo Leveling, Marvel, Konami, Bandai, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or any other third-party brand unless clearly stated.
